• Basis for estimates. Estimates depend on the information you provide (e.g., pickup and delivery location, cargo type, dimensions/weight, access conditions, required services) and on real conditions that may be confirmed during execution.
• Final terms. Final price and service scope are determined after verification of details relevant to the shipment and moving conditions.

• No liability for indirect damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aeromatrixglobal.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from estimate changes or inability to confirm conditions.
• Reasonable efforts. We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not control all external factors affecting transport and moving.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes are resolved through negotiations and, if needed, in accordance with the competent courts of Ukraine.
